Karen has over 30 years' experience in commercial property research. Her responsibilities include providing both external consultancy services to clients and internal consultancy.

Key experience includes analysis of supply of, and demand for, industrial and business property and land, retail audits and development feasibility studies. Undertaking property and economic development studies for national, regional and local projects. In Scotland these projects are typically on behalf of the Scottish Government, local authorities and private clients.
