James Traynor
James joined Ryden in 2021 as a Graduate Building Surveyor within Ryden's Project and Building Consultancy Group in Edinburgh.
He is progressing towards his APC to become a Chartered Building Surveyor having graduated from Edinburgh Napier University.
James has frequent involvement in the preparation of Professional Surveys and Principal Designer Duties. His experience includes reviewing and advising on defects, specifying appropriate repair solutions, reviewing leases and estimating and quantifying Dilapidation settlements at lease expiry for both landlords and tenants.
