Provide technical due diligence, building surveys, schedules of condition, valuations and rent reviews for the acquisition programme. Project management, contract administration and design services for refurbishment and new build opportunities.

Advise on rental and capital valuations and retain a role in a lease advisory capacity with an ongoing mandate for rent reviews, renewals and restructures. Have represented Inspiring Vet Care before third parties on several rent review disputes.
