Jennifer joined Ryden in 2019, to a newly created post of Head of HR. Jennifer brings with her over 20 years’ experience in the financial and professional services sector. Her role in Ryden is to support partners and staff as well as to manage the HR lifecycle of attracting, engaging and retaining good people. Jennifer particularly enjoys working the professional services sector as there is the opportunity to work across all levels of HR and have the opportunity to really make a difference to the firm.
She has lead and developed the HR agenda in previous firms focusing on key areas such as ER, payroll, reward, culture, succession, talent and performance management, as well as leading HR change programmes. Jennifer is comfortable in standalone roles as well as managing large teams.
