Ryden Secures New Offices for Expanding Planet DDS at 70 Wellington St, Glasgow

Ryden’s Office Agency team in Glasgow has successfully advised Planet DDS on securing new office accommodation at “Workstation”, 70 Wellington Street, Glasgow as part of the company’s expanding operations.
Planet DDS, a leading provider of cloud based dental software solutions, has experienced significant business growth, requiring a move from its current space at The Garment Factory.
With increasing staff numbers and further recruitment plans, the company looked for a similar location that would offer the same collaborative and flexible environment they had successfully enjoyed at their previous office, while also providing enhanced flexibility and functionality.
Following an extensive search for suitable premises, Ediston’s “Workstation” at 70 Wellington Street was considered as the ideal choice for its fully furnished office suites, dedicated boardroom and tea preparation facilities.
Additionally, the recently refurbished shared Ground Floor amenity space, completed by Ediston in late 2024, and funded by Landlord, Clydebuilt Limited Partnership, provides a substantial breakout zone with various formal and informal seating arrangements, a full kitchen and breakfast bar, allowing the Planet DDS staff to enjoy an enhanced working environment and collaborate with the other building occupiers.
