Independent Vetcare

  • Ryden was retained to carry out UK wide technical due diligence and valuation to Independent Vetcare to support an ambitious £500m business expansion. 
  • The team had to be flexible and reactive in carrying out technical due diligence building surveys, schedule of condition and market rental valuations to the subjects.
  • The subjects are town and village locations on a very wide geographical spread from the north of Scotland to the south West of England. 
  • We mobilised a team of over 30 people on the instructions over a period of 18 months, demonstrating our ability to service a full geographic region with a joined up seamless approach to delivery.

  • Ryden provided step-by-step technical and due-diligence guidance advice and support to the InterGen team, including in-house and external representatives and the Chief Operating Officer. 
  • We liaised between InterGen and the landlord on all technical matters, ensuring that the landlord's Cat A and Cat A= works were both designed and completed fully in accordance with InterGen's future requirements.
  • Successful relocation prior to the lease, with minimal disruption to trading desk which operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
