About The Job

We are expanding our valuation and lease advisory team across the Central Belt of Scotland. We have opportunities in our Glasgow based team for MRICS qualified surveyors, preferably who are also RICS Registered Valuers, as well as roles for more experienced Valuers/Lease Advisory Surveyors seeking to further a career in these specialisms or who are looking for a change of culture from their present employment.

Ryden is headquartered in Scotland and our valuation and lease advisory team works closely with our market leading agency, research, consulting and building consultancy teams in sharing knowledge and expertise. We are known for being approachable and collaborative with our clients.

We advise on a wide range of assets across Central Scotland ranging from individual properties through to diverse portfolios and significant regeneration projects. We thrive on the variety of projects and clients whom we assist.

Position and salary will be commensurate with experience and expertise.

About You

You should be an MRICS qualified surveyor and also a RICS Registered Valuer or preparing to train.

You should take pride in the quality of your advice in assisting decision making and contributing positively to the built environment. You will value client service and team work whilst also having the ability to work independently. Within the role you will be given freedom and support to develop professionally and to explore new and emerging opportunities.

You should also have an eye for detail and accuracy and be able to provide clear and concise written reports in plain and simple English.
