Enthusiastic and self-motivated Property Manager position

Salary: depending on experience

Hours: Fulltime (flexibility around working patterns)

We have an opportunity in our Leeds office for a Property Manager. This role is pivotal to the success of our Property Management offering.  This role will be ideally suited to someone who is a self-starter, likes a challenge and gets things done.  You will have a great deal of autonomy whilst having the support of the wider UK property Management team.  We think this is a super role for someone who likes to offer full end to end great client service. 

Key tasks

  • Manage tenant and client relationships
  • Resolve any lease or tenancy issues quickly
  • Action all repairs through relevant channels
  • Carry out annual inspections of single let properties and highlight any issues
  • Undertake monthly inspections and complete i-audit report and site checklist to issue to the client
  • Prepare monthly client arrears reports.
  • Administration of service charge preparation and monitoring of budgets
  • Credit control experience 
  • Regular client reporting
  • Administrative duties including coding of invoices
  • Taking site meter readings and keeping records updated
  • Administration in relation to rating information
  • Data administration of Qube, ELog and Property Plus systems

We would expect you to have the following key skills and experience:

  • Previous relevant property management experience
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong proven customer service experience
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Attention to detail and well organised
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • A great team member and colleague
  • A valid driving licence
