We are recruiting for an RICS qualified L&T surveyor to join us.  

Salary range from £30,000 to £45,000

Job profile

  • Working within a busy and growing commercial property team
  • Undertake Lease renewals & Rent Reviews on a variety of property classes to include:
    • Property Inspections & Measurements
    • Review of existing lease clauses and comparable evidence
    • Negotiating a successful outcome or reporting for third party determination (if necessary)
    • Preparing reports for client approval 
  • Possibly undertaking private valuations for accounting, strategic purposes

About you

  • RICS qualified – consideration from newly qualified to Associate level
  • Ideally a registered valuer or the willingness to work towards this status
  • Experience undertaking Landlord & Tenant work
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Great time management
  • Energetic and curious
  • Clean driving licence. Work extends across the country
