Job Title: Graduate Surveyor / Surveyor

About the Role

We are recruiting a Graduate Surveyor / Surveyor for our Agency team in Glasgow. Working within an experienced transactional team of chartered surveyors you will provide support to the office agency teams.

We are ideally looking for a graduate with some experience either in the commercial property environment or some other relevant field or a newly qualified surveyor.

The successful candidate will gain experience in commercial property disciplines and be supported on the pathway to achieving MRICS qualification (if required).

Responsibilities

  • Working predominantly with a highly successful and leading Office Agency Team
  • Assist with lease advisory of office premises.
  • Assist the Agency team with sales and lettings of commercial assets.
  • Support the delivery of services to clients with direct interaction and regular networking with industry contacts.
  • Provide a high standard of customer service to clients.
    Requirements
  • RICS accredited degree (2:1 or above)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
  • Good time management and team working skills
  • Clean driving licence. Travel throughout Central belt of Scotland.

Desirable Experience

  • Work experience in a corporate environment.
