We have an opportunity in our Glasgow office for a Business Services Administrator. This role is pivotal to the success of our office as you will be part of the team who makes sure our surveyors have what they need to deliver a great service to our clients.

Key accountabilities of the role:

  • Updating and managing our CRM system
  • Typing, proofing and editing
  • Preparation of tender documents and client presentations
  • Collation of information for bids
  • Setting up new clients in SAGE
  • Answer team and office calls
  • Meet and greet clients
  • Liaising with other departments in Ryden e.g. finance, IT, marketing
  • Working with the marketing team to create social media posts and issue digital campaigns
  • Invoice generation
  • Support the RMP and marketing team with social and charitable events
  • Set up meeting room and arrange catering for client and partner meetings
  • Diary management
  • Arrange inspections
  • Booking team travel
  • Covering for other administrators during period of holiday and absence

Key skills required:

  • You will be personable, friendly and keen to help
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be organised and help your colleagues to be too
  • Skilled typist
  • Ability to use Publisher and be familiar with email software and a CRM system
  • Client focused
  • Experience and knowledge of social media and digital marketing would be advantageous
