Toby Williamson

Graduate Building Surveyor

Toby Williamson joined Ryden in 2025 as a Graduate Surveyor in Ryden’s Building Consultancy Group. Toby is currently studying an MSc in Building Surveying and is expected to graduate in 2027.

Toby's experience includes the delivery of a wide range of projects for educational facilities across the Midlands. Most recently, he has worked on dilapidations, reinstatement cost assessments, pre-lease surveys and producing detailed CAD plans using the latest technology.

Toby is currently working on developing his career to become a chartered building surveyor.
