Ross Murray

Ross is an Associate within the Project & Building Consultancy group in Aberdeen and joined Ryden in 2011. Prior to joining Ryden he has worked as a building surveyer at Aberdeenshire Council and in private practice with Atholls. Ross has chartered MRICS status and a PgCert in Project Management.

He provides a range of clients with advice including architectural design, contract administration and project management of minor works, development monitoring for funding bodies, building surveys, dilapidations for both landlords and tenants, schedules of condition and planned preventative maintenance programmes.

Claymore Homes Provided Project Monitoring services on various housing developments on behalf of funders.

Cedarwood Asset Management Negotiated dilapidations, settlements and subsequently administered refurbishment contracts on behalf of the landlord.

Bilfinger Salamis Pre-acquisition building survey, monitoring of landlord's works and architectural design and contract administration of circa £300k tenant fit-out works.

Ropetune Contract administration of refurbishment works to office suites and welfare facilities within a multi-storey office building.

Sport Aberdeen Planned preventative maintenance programme
