Ron has 38 years’ experience in the construction industry working as both a Consultant team PM and an operational Tier one contractors PM and as Construction Director of SME Contractor.
Extensive experience in Pre-construction and Construction Management for offices, commercial, Industrial, Energy, Civil and Infrastructure projects.
Ron has specialized in the control of programme and project management particularly in the construction phase. Strong focus on ensuring compliance with regulations and design intentions. He ensures that process control and clear communication are implemented between all parties to ensure effective project delivery.
Experienced various forms of contract, SBCC and NEC 3 and operating as Contract Administrator/Project Manager role.

- Prime 4 development –Office, Hotel and Infrastructure installations across the Campus including undergrounding of the 133KVA power system. This included base build and integrated client fit outs. Village Hotel, Premier Oil, Stat oil, Lloyds and ABB.
