Roddy is a highly experienced property and construction professional with nearly four decades in the commercial property industry.
He started his career in construction before moving into professional consultancy in 1999. Over the years, he has held senior positions at Knight Frank and CBRE. Prior to joining Ryden, he worked for Turner & Townsend as a Senior Director.
His expertise spans project management and building consultancy, with a strong focus on the energy sector in Aberdeen. Roddy also specialises in occupier-focused consultancy, commercial fit-outs, building refurbishments and redevelopment projects.

PROJECTS:
Project Management & Fit-out Experience in workshop reconfiguration, redevelopment including Aker Solutions and high-spec commercial office fit-outs for blue-chip occupiers including EY, CMS, Apache, and Oceaneering.
Principal Designer Acted as Principal Designer for major redevelopments, including the Mugiemoss Paper Mill redevelopment and demolition project and 300 residential flat development in Dyce Aberdeen.
Project Monitoring Technical monitoring and due diligence for financial institutions including HSBC and occupiers, including AAB, Lloyds and One Subsea.
Energy Sector Consultancy Strategic building consultancy for global clients such as Shell, Fugro, and Apache.
