Preston Mommsen

Preston joined the Ryden Residential Investment and Development team in 2021, having previously worked within the ‘Alternative Living Team’ at Montagu Evans. His work at Ryden focuses primarily on the living sector with a recent emphasis on the sale and acquisition of student accommodation, where he has been involved in a wide range of transactions involving both operational assets and development sites with/without planning (including forward fundings and land acquisition/sale).
