Peter I'Anson

Peter is a Partner in Edinburgh and heads up the Edinburgh Office Agency team. He joined Ryden in 1995 and has wide experience in both the public and private sectors in aspects of general practice surveying.

Drummond House and Younger Building, Edinburgh Acted for Shelborn in the purchase of 323,000 sq ft former Nat West office complex in Edinburgh’s Prime Business Park for redevelopment.

The Haymarket, Main Street, Edinburgh Acted for Baillie Gifford in this major pre-letting of 280,000 sq ft  allowing the Fund Manager its office requirements within a Grade A office Headquarters.

10 George Street, Edinburgh Acted for Aberdeen Standard Investments, reviewing existing premises and providing advice on this pre letting of 70,000 sq ft of Grade A offices in the Heart of the City Centre.

20 West Register Street, Edinburgh Acted for Baillie Gifford in the pre letting of this 61,237 sq ft Grade A office which was originally required for expansion and offering partial sub letting opportunities. Continues to provide letting advice on surplus space.
