Megan Gibson
Planner
Megan joined Ryden as a Graduate Planner in 2025 and was promoted to Planner in August 2026 after passing her APC to become a Chartered Member of the RTPI.
Shortly after graduating from Heriot-Watt University in 2023 with a degree in Urban Planning and Property Development, she gained valuable experience at a private homebuilding organisation advocating for housing delivery across all tenures.
At Ryden, Megan works across a range of projects, assisting on the submission of major planning applications, site promotions, pre-application consultations and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
