Matthew Edwards
Matthew is a Regional Managing Partner and has over 30 years' experience in commercial property. He set up Ryden’s Leeds office in 1995 and more recently he has been heavily involved in Ryden's continued expansion into new markets in England.
Matthew specialises in investment agency and producing asset management strategies to improve both the income and capital value of clients' properties.
He advises a wide range of clients on a number of investment acquisitions across all sectors of the market and in varied geographical locations. He has a strong network of contacts in the investment market and a track record of delivering deals for property companies, private clients and financial institutions. He is also well placed to advise on investment sales having a good knowledge of regional markets as part of the Ryden investment team.
