Mark Thom
Mark works within the Professional Group in Ryden's Edinburgh office and is primarily involved in commercial valuation, rent review and lease consultancy instructions.
Mark previously worked in Ryden's Aberdeen office between 2011 and 2015, and then rejoined Ryden in 2017 following a period working at another Edinburgh based surveying practice.

PROJECTS:
Valuation Red Book valuations of commercial property assets for a variety of purposes including for accounts, pension purposes such and for pre-purchase or disposals of properties. This includes advising on the main commercial property assets (industrial, office and retail) as well as more specialised properties and land and buildings with development potential.
Lease Advisory Negotiation of rent reviews and lease renewals and providing pre-negotiation advice on behalf of both landlords and tenants in respect of offices, retail units and industrial units throughout Scotland but with a particular focus on Central and East Central Scotland.
