John undertakes a wide range of RICS Red Book compliant valuation work for national, regional and local clients across Scotland, covering all types of commercial property.
He provides formal valuations for acquisition, disposal and company accounts purposes, primarily within the retail, office and industrial sectors. John also carries out asset valuations for a variety of public sector clients.
In addition, he has extensive experience preparing valuations to support development funding for a diverse range of projects, including large greenfield and brownfield residential developments, smaller residential conversions, commercial schemes and refurbishment projects.
