Jamie Binnie
Apprentice Building Surveyor
Jamie joined Ryden in 2024 as an Apprentice Surveyor in the Building Consultancy team at the Aberdeen office and is currently studying at Robert Gordon University.
Jamie has been involved in preparing tender documents and descriptions of works, comparing tender submissions and attending progress meetings for a range of projects.

- Measured survey’s and AutoCAD drawing’s.
- Dilapidation’s inspections.
- Schedules of Condition.
- Insurance Reinstatement Cost Assessments.
- Preparing and submitting Planning Applications and Building Warrants
