Gillian provides office agency expertise in Glasgow and leads our tenant services in Glasgow. She advises on occupational strategy, change management and acquisitions. Her occupier clients include MDDUS, Blazing Griffin, Wilson Bowden, Wescot Credit Services, Iomart, Network Rail and Richmond Fellowship. Gillian is active in the Life Science sector assisting occupiers incuding Chemify and Aureum Diagnostics.

She provides landlord disposal and development transaction advice to clients including Eagle Street, BMO Real Estate Partners, Praxis Real Estate Management, EPIC, Picton, Scotmid and Topland. She also works with Kadans Science Partner furthering her Life Science experience.

PROJECTS:

Glasgow HQ acquisition for We Are Luxe More than doubling their footprint in the City, Gillian assisted We Are Luxe with their search to find a suitable space to create an amazing environment for their staff to continue to grow the business.

HQ relocation for iomart Group Worked with iomart Group to relocate them from an out of town business park to finding a City Centre location to help encourage staff back into the office and to provide a better working environment and collaboration.
Glasgow HQ for MDDUS Carried out the search and acquisition of a new HQ office of 11,400 sq ft. during the pandemic lockdown. Identified possible options for viewing and shortlisting and negotiated to secure the best Grade A accommodation at 206 St Vincent Street.
Chemify, Glasgow Search and acquisition of two separate units totalling 16,438 sq ft to be used for lab and office facilities. Continuing to monitor the portfolio to ensure that space is suitable for their growing needs.

310 St Vincent Street, Glasgow Disposed of 70,000 sq ft for landlord Praxis Real Estate Management. Tenants secured include Wescot Credit Services, British Steel Pension Fund, MDP Capital and Clancy Consulting. Created a new marketing campaign and advised on reception upgrades.

180 West George Street, Glasgow Advised landlord Picton on the refurbishment specification for the vacant floors within the 52,000 sq ft building. A new marketing campaign was utilised and the vacant accommodation let. New lettings included Material Source, BJSS, Frazer-Nash Consultancy, LMP Partners and MathWorks Ltd with lease regears completed. 

Mercury House, Strathclyde Business Park, Bellshill Lease extension on behalf of Landlord BMO Real Estate Partners to Virgin Media at Mercury House. Retained the occupier in over 40,000 sq ft plus parking.

130 St Vincent Street, Glasgow Acted for JLL Investors on the redevelopment and letting of the Grade A office building. Refurbishment advice covered the common area including reception and several vacant office floors with lettings secured.
