Associate, Valuation
Chris is an RICS Registered Valuer, having qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2016. He has a wide range of general practice surveying experience from his time within various roles across the private sector before specialising in commercial valuation.
Based in the Glasgow Valuation team, Chris undertakes a wide variety of RICS Red Book compliant valuation work across all aspects of commercial property covering west central Scotland and beyond for national, regional and local clients.
Chris undertakes commercial valuations for a variety of purposes, including loan security, accounts, pensions/SIPPs, disposals and acquisitions. He also has experience of asset valuations for a variety of public sector clients such as the NHS, East and West Dunbartonshire and Scottish Canals.
