Arron Finnie

Arron is Aberdeen Regional Managing Partner and Head of Agency in the Aberdeen office. He has been with Ryden for over 20 years and has extensive experience across Aberdeen and the North of Scotland.

Arron has dealt in all aspects of general practise surveying and specialises in the office sector. An expert in the disposal and acquisition of office stock and the marketing of vacant suites to secure occupiers he has also provided development advice on a number of the major new build schemes in both city centre and peripheral locations.

Knight Property Group Letting advice for various office schemes throughout Aberdeen and surrounds including The Capitol, Kingshill Business Park, Craigshaw Business Park and Kirkhill Business Park.

M&G Letting advice on Grade A offices including The Capitol in the city centre and Cityview to the south.

Muse / Aberdeen City Council Letting agent on the city centre Grade A offices at Marischal Square totalling over 175,000 sq ft.

Hazledene Provided advice from instigation on the design of a mixed use office/hotel development in the city centre and subsequently acted on their behalf as letting agents for 125,000 sq ft of speculative offices.

EnQuest Acted on their behalf in securing the acquisition of their 120,000 sq ft HQ in The Grande.

Apache Acted on their behalf on a 100,000 sq ft office acquisition and disposed of two office buildings totalling 75,000 sq ft.
