Amy Bryers

Surveyor, Valuation

Amy is a Chartered Surveyor at Ryden, specialising in the valuation of commercial property across the office, industrial and retail sectors, with additional experience in development land.

She undertakes valuations for a wide range of purposes including loan security, RICS Red Book valuations, asset valuations and SIPP related instructions, acting for lenders, investors, occupiers and private clients. Her work covers both single assets and portfolios, with a focus on delivering clear, well-reasoned and commercially informed advice.

Amy recently qualified as a Chartered Surveyor after successfully passing the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC).
