LOCATION
The new property is situated between Nuneaton Street and Boden Street within the east end of Glasgow and lies approximately 1.5 miles to the east of the city centre. The East End Regeneration Route is accessible within 100 metres and this links with the M74 at the Polmadie junction. The future phase of the East End Regeneration Route will take it to the north past is current terminus at The Forge Shopping Centre to the M8 at the Blochairn area.

DESCRIPTION
The property is of steel portal frame construction with reinforced concrete flooring throughout and elevations and roof formed in insulated profiled metal cladding. The clear internal height will be 6 metres to the underside of the haunch which will easily accommodate mezzanine accommodation.
