Description

The category B-listed Tontine Building in Glasgow’s Merchant City area is undergoing a significant redevelopment project managed by Ryden. The 150,000 sq ft building is being transformed into office space on the upper floors with food and beverage units on the ground and basement levels concentrated around an integrated courtyard, along with further space for retail. Construction is in two phases with the offices to be let on a floor-by-floor basis. Ryden is also acting as letting agent.
