DESCRIPTION
The Garment Factory is an award winning office building in Glasgow’s Merchant City. We provided advice to the owners on a smaller suite concept within the building to fulfil growing demand for this type of space.
The Tailor Made Suites concept delivered 12 suites of 230 to 764 sq ft, furnished and IT ready, with access to highly stylish shared facilities and bookable meeting rooms and zoom rooms. The suites were available on all inclusive terms and the easy in, easy out licence basis offered tenants lease flexibility.
