Project management of the rebuild of Rachel House on behalf of CHAS. The purpose-built hospice for children opened in 1996 and has been central to exceptional hospice care for nearly 30 years. To continue meeting families’ needs, CHAS plans a major refurbishment and upgrade of the hospice. While the whole hospice needs updating, several key areas need significant modernisation to ensure it remains fully fit for purpose.
