Description

Prepared a land and property commercial needs study to inform the Edinburgh City Plan 2030. The research included a detailed assessment of office and industrial markets.

Recommissioned to produce the Council’s Economic Needs Study which will feed into City Plan 2040. This report covers the office, industrial, retail, leisure and visitor accommodation markets.

Outcome

Assessed the potential impact of redeveloping brownfield sites to support Edinburgh's housing requirements.

Subsequently appointed to undertake a further study on mixed use delivery.
