Description

Chemify Ltd is a deep-tech company who wanted to expand their operations beyond the University of Glasgow. We identified and secured a suitable location in Oakbank Trading Estate and project managed the conversion of two 1980s industrial units into R&D, engineering and fabrication spaces. This included 30 fume cupboards with extract systems, air handling plant, separate external 215 sq ft LV switchroom / UPS store, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) machine and various types of vented chemical storage systems.
