Buchanan Wharf is one of Scotland's largest ever construction projects and blends modern living with dynamic workplaces. The development incorporates 300,000 sq ft of purpose built office space for Barclays and an extensive public realm space. A 215,000 sq ft development of 324 apartments, Legal & General's first Build to Rent (BTR) project in Scotland, has completed on plot 5 and a 90,000 sq ft office development pre-let to the Student Loans Company occupies plot 6.
