Led a team of consultants responsible for preparing a masterplan on a 20 acre site of the former Murray Royal Hospital, Perth. The project involved a number of contentious issues such as the future for a number of significant listed buildings as well as an extensive and lengthy community/stakeholder engagement process.
CBRE Global Investors
Managed a detailed planning application and listed building consent process for the conversion of a B listed, vacant office building on Rose Street, Edinburgh. The scheme comprised a 157 bed hotel proposal with ancillary restaurant.
