Colin joined Ryden in November 2002 and has previously worked in various private practice surveying and architectural practices.
EXPERIENCE
Involved in design, detailing, site supervision and administration of numerous office, industrial and retail construction projects. Clients include Scottish Executive, Scottish Court Service, Wesley Owen and Waverley TSB.
Provides building surveys and technical due diligence for all types of property. Most recently, Colin carried out surveys of potential properties for the temporary relocation of the Glasgow School of Art.
Preparation of planned maintenance schedules and co-ordination of repair works for shopping centres and multi-let office properties, including Strathkelvin Retail Park, Bishopbriggs; Pacific House, Glasgow and Thistles Shopping Centre, Stirling.
Project monitoring of various new build developments on behalf of funding institutions and purchasers including a £30m+ Data Centre at Cobalt Business Park in Newcastle upon Tyne.
Reinstatement cost assessments for clients such as The University of Glasgow, Glasgow Caledonian University and Glasgow School of Art.
