Ryden’s Glasgow office has relocated to the ground floor of ONYX, 215 Bothwell Street, Glasgow.

ONYX has been extensively refurbished by owner CEG to provide a revitalised, engaging working environment and was recently named the best Refurbished/Recycled Workplace in Scotland at the 2022 British Council for Offices (BCO) awards ceremony.

On the ground floor alongside Ryden’s office is an on-site café for socialising and holding informal meetings. The building also has excellent facilities for active travel in the basement with 100 cycle racks, male and female showers and changing rooms, and a bike repair station.

Ryden had been seeking energy efficient space as part of its environmental impact policy and journey to net zero.

ONYX was selected for its environmental credentials as well as its health and wellbeing facilities and flexible interior layout. The refurbishment includes replacement of lighting with LED fittings and replacement of the heating and cooling system with an electrical VRF system.

100% of the electricity is through a renewable supplier and 100% of waste is diverted from landfill. The building has an EPC Rating of B.

Other occupiers within ONYX include Diageo, Cooper Cromar and Bank of England. Further information on available space to let can be found here.
