Ryden has consolidated all Glasgow operations into a single office while also expanding its expert teams, showcasing its commitment to long term growth following last year’s strategic investment by LSH Group of Companies.
Building on the recent integration of 15 former LSH professionals, Ryden has announced three senior hires, marking the latest step in a strategy focused on delivering trusted, senior-led advice.
Tom Conway has joined Ryden's Industrial Agency team as an Associate, while Chris Common has also been appointed as an Associate within the firm's Valuation Advisory service. Most recently, Hugh Munro has joined as a Rating Consultant, bringing extensive experience and valuable insight from the Assessor’s Department.
As part of the business's next phase of growth, Ryden has brought its Glasgow team together under one roof at 33 Bothwell Street, where it occupies the 4,763 sq ft top floor of the property, which was recently purchased by Steilman.
Commenting on the consolidation of the firm's operations in Glasgow, Derek Tillery, Ryden’s Regional Managing Partner in Glasgow, said:
"Glasgow remains a core market for Ryden, with a strong pipeline of work across multiple sectors and continued demand for expert commercial property advice. Bringing all our local expertise together in one space allows us to respond faster, share market intelligence more effectively and deliver deeper, more personalised insight.
"These appointments also further reinforce our strategy for growth through investment in senior hires who are well known to our clients. Ryden's independent, Scotland-focused expertise combined with the wider LSH platform, means clients benefit from local knowledge backed by UK-wide intelligence, at a time when informed decision-making has never been more important."
