The finalists have been announced for the 13th Annual Scottish Property Awards which recognise excellence across Scotland’s commercial and public property sectors.
Ryden reached the shortlist in two categories - Industrial Agency Team of the Year and Investment Agency Team of the Year.
This reflects an incredibly busy 12 months of deals.
During 2025 Ryden’s agency team completed more than 3.2 million sq ft of industrial transactions across Scotland and is also advising on more than 3 million sq ft of speculative industrial development.
Over the same period Ryden’s commercial investment team completed 49 transactions worth approximately £373 million, reflecting improved confidence in the Scottish commercial property market from UK and international investors.
The winners of the Scottish Property Awards will be announced at the awards dinner in Glasgow on Thursday 26 February.
