Ryden has been crowned Industrial Agency Team of the Year at the Scottish Property Awards 2026, in recognition of an exceptional year of transactional performance and strategic growth.
Having previously held the title in 2024 and 2022, this award caps a record year for the independent commercial property practice, reinforcing Ryden’s position at the forefront of the Scottish property market.
Ryden’s Industrial Agency team was recognised following an outstanding year for the business completing 250 industrial property transactions and advising on over 3 million sq ft of speculative industrial development. Landmark industrial deals included letting 56,281 sq ft at 101 Centre Street in Glasgow, letting 38,617 sq ft at Starlaw Park in Livingston and acquiring 67,376 sq ft for Odjfell Drilling, in the largest industrial transaction in Aberdeen of 2025. A major highlight of the development pipeline is the EDI Approach, the flagship 60-acre master planned logistics development at Newbridge where Ryden is providing ongoing strategic advice.
The judges also recognised the strengthened capability of Ryden’s teams following its strategic partnership with Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH), which has expanded Ryden’s Scottish operation with additional expertise.
