Planning permission secured for new distribution floorspace at Bellshill Industrial Estate

On behalf of Knight Property Group, Ryden Planning has secured planning permission for a £50 million logistics park at Bellshill Industrial Estate.
To be located on the site of the former Devro manufacturing facility, the 14-acre development will be transformed into Belgrave Logistics Park, a speculative 245,000 sq ft logistics facility with five units of varying sizes. The permission has been granted by North Lanarkshire Council.
Each unit will have an EPC rating of A as well as electric car charing points, solar panels to the roof, electric heat recovery/air conditioing to offices, and water management flow restriction to conserve water.
