The property occupies a strategic location on Edinburgh's 'Motor Mile' along Seafield Road within one of Scotland’s most established automotive destinations.
Ryden has worked with Buccleuch Property since the acquisition of this showroom investment property and the asset management support provided over the years has contributed to this successful disposal.
The purpose-built facility’s design and configuration make it well-suited for continued automotive use, while the strength of the location provides potential for longer-term redevelopment.
