BPO Collections Secures Prime Office Space at 9 George Square in Glasgow

Acting on behalf of landlord EPIC, Ryden and joint agents MC2 have successfully completed the letting of two floors at 9 George Square, Glasgow to BPO Collections Limited. This transaction highlights once again the current demand for high quality, ready to occupy accommodation in the city.

Having decided to relocate, time was against BPO Collections however the 7th floor of 9 George Square provided 7,000 sq. ft. of high quality accommodation which benefitted from offering modern fit out and pre-installed wiring. This was the perfect option for BPO Collections. The ability to utilise the existing fit out with minor alterations aligned with both parties’ commitment to ensuring a sustainable approach to the move.

All parties worked well together to agree a lease within a short period of time. Shortly after taking occupation BPO continued to grow and in February 2025 they acquired the 6th floor on a similar basis. The additional 6th floor provided fit-out with furniture and IT.
