75 Bothwell Street, Glasgow

  • Our client, Danobe Securities, undertake their own regular property management activity on their portfolio but bring us in for additional specialist FM services on this large office building.
  • We provide a specific repair response service, undertake regular inspections and provide a health and safety service. This includes provision of repair logging, instructing ad-hoc works and arranging contractual maintenance, all of which are detailed in monthly client reports.

5 Charlotte Square, Edinburgh

  • This 6,506 sq ft tenemented townhouse is located in Edinburgh’s prestigious Charlotte Square.  It was previously the headquarters for the National Trust for Scotland from 1949 to 1999.
  • We were appointed as managing agents in 2011 and provide a full facilities management service. We tender contracts, approve contractors, check service levels and ensure health and safety standards are met. 
  • Regular liaison with the National Trust for Scotland ensures works comply with those required for a Grade A Listed Building. Our focus is on a cost effective service which exceeds expected standards in a building constrained by historic features.
