Graduate Surveyor

Aberdeen

We are recruiting a Graduate Surveyor for our Agency team in Aberdeen. Working within an experienced transactional team of chartered surveyors you will provide support to the office agency and industrial agency teams.

The successful candidate will gain experience in multiple commercial property disciplines, including professional services and property investment, and be supported on the pathway to achieving MRICS qualification.

Ideally, we are looking for a graduate with some experience either in the commercial property environment or some other relevant field.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with lease advisory of both office and industrial premises.
  • Assist the Agency team with sales and lettings of commercial assets.
  • Support the delivery of services to clients with direct interaction and regular networking with industry contacts.
  • Provide a high standard of customer service to clients.

Requirements

  • RICS accredited degree (2:1 or above)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
  • Good time management and team working skills
  • Clean driving licence. Travel throughout North of Scotland.

Desirable Experience

  • Work experience in a corporate environment.
