Steven became a Ryden Partner in 2007 specialising in Investment agency, development and finance. He has extensive expertise in other areas, including advice on asset management strategies for clients as well as experience of Enterprise zones and BPRA projects. Prior to specialisation in the Investment sector Steven worked in office and industrial agency.

With over 28 years' experience in the property market, he provides a broad client base with advice on all aspects of Investment property and development across each of the main property sectors as well as alternatives such as hotels and residential.

Albus & 1 Rutherglen Links Advised Clyde Gateway on the sale of two high quality, modern, multi let offices within the Clyde Gateway URC area with a total value of £6m.

Industrial Sector Wide experience in this sector, advising on the sale/acquisition of single and multi-let properties for clients including Sotckbourne and Bradda Capital.

Public Sector Provided a broad range of advice and transactional services to a varied group of Public Sector bodies including Glasgow City Council, City Property, Clyde Gateway Irvine Bay URC, City of Glasgow College and Scottish Futures Trust.
