Douglas Garden
Doug joined the Aberdeen office in 2017 and is the Project & Building Consultancy group leader. Prior to joining Ryden, he was a partner in charge of Knight Frank’s Aberdeen Building Consultancy department for 12 years.
He provides a wide range of clients with advice on design, project management, project monitoring, contract administration, building surveys, dilapidation and planned preventative maintenance.
Doug has considerable experience in project management/monitoring, space utilisation and architectural design. He also has a proven track record in handling dilapidations work for both landlords and tenants.
