Daniel joined Ryden in 2017 after graduating from Aberdeen University. He predominantly specialises in Industrial Development & Office Agency on a broad range of instructions across Aberdeen and the north of Scotland. His skill set includes providing transactional advice on the disposal and acquisition of commercial property and land assets for both public and private sector organisations. Daniel is also involved with providing strategic investment and asset management advice to clients.

Aberdeen Standard Investments Marketing advice in respect of industrial portfolio in the north east. Advice focuses on the marketing of vacant space, refurbishment programmes, lease regears and asset management strategies to improve the investment profile of each asset. 

GSS Developments Ongoing marketing advice on their behalf in connection with the letting of industrial facilities at ABZ Business Park in Dyce and Badentoy Road in Portlethen as well as land assets at Blackdog Industrial Estate in Bridge of Don.
