Steven specialises in investment agency, development and finance.  He has extensive experience in other areas, particularly in relation to enterprise zones, funding and office/Industrial agency gained prior to specialisation in the investment sector. Broad coverage in both the Scottish and North of England markets has been gained through a number of projects

With 20 years experience in the property market he provides a broad client base with advice on all aspects of investment property and development across each of the property sectors.

He is a committee member on the General Practice faculty for RICS Scotland.

180 West George Street, Glasgow - Acqusition of a prime multi-let office building in Glasgow city centre. Value £18m.

Stockland / Halladale

Shaftesbury Building, Waterloo Street, Glasgow Acquired the original building and retained as development/funding consultant for the speculative 60,000 sq ft Grade A office building, as well as overseeing the marketing and letting agent. End value £29m.

Scot Sheridan / Curo Partnership

Charlotte House, Glasgow Acquisition of a part vacant office building for redevelopment. Utilising BPRA the property is to be refurbished for use as a Travelodge Hotel. End value £14m.

Chancery Partnership

Various Enterprise Zones - Funding, valuation and acquisition advice on a variety of enterprise zone deals at site including Cobalt and Foxcover, in the North East of England and Excelsior, Airbles Road, Hamilton International and Eurocentral in Scotland.   Total transaction value £400m.
