Assisted in procurement and project management of Listed Building as part of private development to convert former townhouses back to residential use, approximate contract value £700,000.
Administered contract to fit-out new office accommodation of Listed buildings in Glasgow City Centre, approximate contract value £70,000 - £100,000
External and Internal Refurbishment of Business Centre, Greenock to project value £600,000.
Planned Maintenance and Repair
Assisted in preparing Planned Maintenance Schedules and co-ordination of repair works for numerous properties and sites including Jordanhill School, Glasgow; Caledonian MacBrayne ferry terminals; Forestry Commission operational buildings and territorial offices and South Lanarkshire Council housing.
Undertook the project monitoring of various new build developments on behalf of funding institutions, including review of design team and contractor documents, initial appraisal of documents and subsequent monthly reporting for financial “drawdown” request. Projects include a £10m commercial development in Glasgow City Centre and a £2m office development in Cardonald, Glasgow.
