Gillian has worked in the Real Estate market since 2005. Her experience provides much sought after expertise in leasing, occupier consultancy and tenant representation. Gillian’s impressive portfolio of transactions includes advising tenants on their occupational strategy and change management, acquiring premises to realise their goals. Key achievements include acquiring a new Glasgow HQ for ACCA of 55,000 sq ft and acquiring the largest Grade A office for several years of 36,000 sq ft on behalf of ATOS.
Gillian also has extensive experience in landlord disposal and development transactions. Her significant client list includes CBRE Global Investors, BMO Real Estate Partners, Credit Suisse, AEW, HFD Property Group, Clydesdale Bank Plc, London & Scottish Investments and The Walker Group. Gillian worked as part of the advisory team for BAM on the construction and letting of 110 Queen Street, Glasgow.
Global account manager for ACCA. Acquired new Grade A Glasgow HQ of 55,500 sq. ft. within tight time frame and to meet transformational expectations. Account manager for global acquisitions, assigning to local contact, monitoring role and reporting back to client. Worked with the team to create a corporate global standard for all office sizes. The deal won the CoStar ‘Deal of the Year’ Award 2016.
ATOS acquisition: Acquiring 36,000 sq ft for ATOS to relocate their functions from various sites to one, core City Centre location.
Assisting SKY in the modernising of some of their office locations, upgrading of premises and re-positioning of their accommodation. Acquired 38,000 sq. ft. on their behalf, re-geared existing leases to bring them in line, while ensuring business fundamentals were not disrupted.
Disposal: Providing advice on the refurbishment, asset management and letting of Grade A city Centre building, 8 Nelson Mandela Place which extends to 61,000 sq ft on behalf of the landlords.
